| WOMEN'S CARDIAC RISK ASSESSMENT Design and development of an online, interactive cardiac assessment to provide women a free report of their risk for heart disease and option to consult with a health care provider for further evaluation. The risk assessment handles the recording of data submitted by users online, generating a user report and transmitting all data to Heart Centers staff for patient follow-up, if necessary. |
